Hi, My name is Miro Caminade and I am a personal trainer based at the Otium health club in the centre of Bristol.

I really belive in creating a friendly and supportive approach to fitness training, whilst at the same time motivating and results orientated.

Step 2 Fitness was set up to show that fitness training can be fun and effective. You don't have to shout at people to get results, all my clients really enjoy their sessions and at the same time achieve their goals.
