SARAH

Sarah began teaching aerobics when living in the USA during the 1980's. After a break from teaching, raising two children and pursuing a career as both an orthodontist and aesthetic practitioner. Now back as a part time, 80's inspired, gym instructor at Step2Fitness.

SANDRA

Sandra is a highly qualified aerobics instructor, with over 30 years of experience. Sandra loves to teach Step and prides herself on never doing the same routine twice!
